Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, based on a survey carried out among its 3,000 employees in France have joined the community of companies labeled Best Workplaces® 2024. This label distinguishes organizations that place the employee experience at the heart of their purpose and their performance. It rewards the initiatives taken by CA Consumer Finance and which are part of the Human Project of the Crédit Agricole group, initiated by Crédit Agricole SA and the Regional Banks, and aimed at the managerial, cultural and human transformation of the group.Consult the press release

Birth of Crédit Agricole Mobility Care Services, the joint venture of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance and Opteven
• After announcing a strategic agreement in September 2023 at the IAA in Munich, Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance and Opteven, the European leader in service and mobility contracts, are finalizing the creation of a joint venture owned 50-50 by the two companies and called Crédit Agricole Mobility Care Services.
• This new entity allows CA Consumer Finance to offer, via all its distribution networks in Europe, a warranty extension and maintenance contract offer, developed by Opteven, to its individual and professional clients.
• For its part, Opteven is relying on this joint venture to strengthen its international development strategy and consolidate its position as leader in mobility service contracts.
• The creation of this joint venture is also part of the mobility continuum built by CA Consumer Finance to support its ambition to become a European leader in green mobility.Consult the press release

Code of Ethics
CA CF has adopted the Crédit Agricole’s Group-wide Code of Ethics, which underscores the Group’s values of customer focus, responsibility and solidarity. This reference document engaging CA CF and all Crédit Agricole’s Group entities sets out principals regarding the actions and behavior to be followed vis à vis our customers and all our stakeholders including employees, suppliers, service providers, state representatives, associations and NGOs, shareholders and investors.
The Code of Ethics sets out our commitments, identity and values as well as the principles underpinning our actions. Its objective is to make the rules to be observed and to spread a culture of compliance more visible.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Ethics sets out our commitments, identity and values as well as the principles underpinning our actions, our Code of Conduct puts into practice the commitments set out in the Code of Ethics which is the foundation of the ethical and professional conduct to be respected by everybody in the Group. The Code of Conduct is designed to provide guidance in our everyday actions, decisions and behavior. It is the fruit of a collaborative approach involving the various business lines of Credit Agricole S.A and in particular of CA CF and of a joint development process which mobilized experts in several departments. There are several specific examples dedicated to CA CF activities.
In addition to the application of all the legal, regulatory and professional rules governing our various activities, the Code of Conduct reflects our determination to do even more to serve our customers and all of our stakeholders in the best way possible.
