Ethics and Compliance

Code of Ethics

In May 2017, CA CF published the Crédit Agricole’s Group-wide Code of Ethics, which underscores the Group’s values of customer focus, responsibility and solidarity. This reference document engaging CA CF and all Crédit Agricole’s Group entities sets out principals regarding the actions and behavior to be followed vis à vis our customers and all our stakeholders including employees, suppliers, service providers, state representatives, associations and NGOs, shareholders and investors.

The Code of Ethics sets out our commitments, identity and values as well as the principles underpinning our actions. Its objective is to make the rules to be observed and to spread a culture of compliance more visible.

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Ethics sets out our commitments, identity and values as well as the principles underpinning our actions, our Code of Conduct puts into practice the commitments set out in the Code of Ethics which is the foundation of the ethical and professional conduct to be respected by everybody in the Group. The Code of Conduct is designed to provide guidance in our everyday actions, decisions and behavior. It is the fruit of a collaborative approach involving the various business lines of Credit Agricole S.A and in particular of CA CF and of a joint development process which mobilized experts in several departments. There are several specific examples dedicated to CA CF activities.

In addition to the application of all the legal, regulatory and professional rules governing our various activities, the Code of Conduct reflects our determination to do even more to serve our customers and all of our stakeholders in the best way possible.
