Sofinco España
Launched in the summer of 2019 and created with Bankia, Sofinco Spain is a fully owned subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance since 11 June 2021. It will cover all distribution channels and offer a variety of products, leveraging Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Group's European partnerships. Its ambition is to be a major player in consumer finance in the Spanish market.

Wafasalaf has two shareholders : CA Consumer Finance (49% of shares) and Attijariwafa Bank (51% of shares), the leader in consumer lending in Morocco. The subsidiary is present across all market segments: household goods, automobiles and motorcycles, and banking partnerships.
