Crédit Agricole Auto Bank
Crédit Agricole Auto Bank with its subsidiary Drivalia is a leading pan-European, independent and multi-brand player backed by the Crédit Agricole Group. It offers innovative car financing, leasing and mobility solutions in 17 countries in Europe and in Morocco, based on expertise and high-performance tools.
Credibom is Portugal’s leader in point-of-sale automobile financing. The subsidiary has deployed more than 100 partnerships with various specialised retail points of sale to provide a wide variety of offers to finance purchases of vehicles, personal products, and household goods.
Agos, owned by CA Consumer Finance (61% of total share) and Banco BPM (39%), ranks among the leaders of the consumer lending market in Italy. Agos covers the entire Italian territory, Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance’s number 2 market after France, with 230 branches and 30,000 partner points of sale.
Launched in the summer of 2019 and created with Bankia, Sofinco Spain is a fully owned subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance since 11 June 2021. It will cover all distribution channels and offer a variety of products, leveraging Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Group's European partnerships. Its ambition is to be a major player in consumer finance in the Spanish market.
Wafasalaf has two shareholders : CA Consumer Finance (49% of shares) and Attijariwafa Bank (51% of shares), the leader in consumer lending in Morocco. The subsidiary is present across all market segments: household goods, automobiles and motorcycles, and banking partnerships. Thanks to its partners Attijariwafa Bank, Crédit du Maroc (Crédit Agricole Group), and Crédit Agricole du Maroc, Wafasalaf is connected to more than 2,000 banks.
GAC-Sofinco, founded in 2010 and based in Guangzhou (China), is a 50/50 joint venture between Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance and Guangzhou Automobile Corporation (GAC), China’s 6th vehicle manufacturer. GAC-Sofinco operates throughout China and distributes products and services to the GAC-Honda, GAC-Acura, GAC-Toyota, GAC-FCA, GAC-Mitsubishi, and GAC Motor networks, serving more than 2,000 dealers.
