Thanks to the implementation of the Crédit Agricole group's Human Project, Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance is certified for the first time Best Workplaces® in France and is one of the top 10 companies more than 2,500 employees where it is good to work

Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, based on a survey carried out among its 3,000 employees in France have joined the community of companies labeled Best Workplaces® 2024. This label distinguishes organizations that place the employee experience at the heart of their purpose and their performance. It rewards the initiatives taken by CA Consumer Finance and which are part of the Human Project of the Crédit Agricole group, initiated by Crédit Agricole SA and the Regional Banks, and aimed at the managerial, cultural and human transformation of the group.

Certified Great Place To Work® since 2022, Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance receives the Best Workplaces® label for the first time in France and is ranked in the top 10 organizations with more than 2,500 employees where it is good to work.

This award demonstrates the commitment of the CA Consumer Finance teams and highlights the actions carried out within the company to simplify its organization, reduce hierarchical layers, review decision-making processes so that they are more agile and more efficient while empowering teams through managerial transformation.

All of these actions were initiated as part of the Crédit Agricole group's Human Project, which places at the heart the responsibility of team members and their ability to support and advise all customers in their environmental and societal transitions.

A distinction which consolidates the Great Plate to Work® certifications recently obtained by two subsidiaries of CA Consumer Finance in Europe: Sofinco in Spain and Credibom in Portugal

The managerial transformation carried out in France to promote the spirit of initiative and develop employee commitment is also duplicated in other CA Consumer Finance subsidiaries in Europe. Credibom in Portugal and Sofinco Spain have obtained Great Place To Work® certification, respectively for the fourth and third consecutive years. The teams valued the pride of belonging to the company and the favorable working environment.
