Credibom obtains Great Place to Work certification once again
Credibom, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance in Portugal, is certified Great Place to Work for the fourth consecutive year following a survey carried out in December 2023. It is recognized for its commitment to promoting an inclusive, supportive and inspiring work environment that prioritizes satisfaction and commitment of its employees.
Great Place to Work is a world-renowned certification for the quality of the work environment and employee experience. The organization surveyed Credibom employees in December 2023 to find out their feelings towards the company.
82% of Credibom employees believe that they are part of a company where it is good to work
In 2023, Credibom relied on a new approach to promoting employee well-being, through a series of initiatives such as the “Happiness Program”. The organization of mental health month, the deployment of hybrid work and the offering of development opportunities were also central elements in supporting the quality of the work environment.
