Roberta, Creditplus’ robot in Germany, evolves and gets more powerful to help our partners defer their payments

To help partners during this sanitary crisis, CA Consumer Finance’s German subsidiary Creditplus has set up deferred payments for its partners for 90 days. In less than two weeks, teams worked together and have extended the company robot’s functions in order to treat requests automatically.

Since 6 April, Roberta has more capacity so that it can treat a larger number of requests, and after one week, over 30,000 partners have submitted their requests via the robot - Immediate proof of the utility and efficiency of the tool. The next step? Building up the solution for the Service Center so that Roberta can process demands from all customers.

"I am proud of the success of our teams and Roberta. The new process supports our dealers allowing them to cope with diminished cash flow for the next 90 days, it helps our teams with the increased amount of work caused by the demands of deferred payment and it provides better and faster service to our customers. A win-win situation enforcing our raison d'être: we are working every day in the interest of our customers and society!"

Belgin Rudack CEO of Creditplus
Roberta is the result of Creditplus’ goal to develop automatic processes for more efficiencies, triggered during the Start&Pulse programme with the 2018 winner, Solvemate. In-house teams are now in charge of developing such initiatives and extending the robot’s usage.
