Claire Pitteliœn began her career at SOVAC in 1989, where she held roles in both commercial and project management. After the acquisition of the entity by General Electric, she took charge of business relations with one of the major partners before joining, in 1998, the consulting firm ADN'co, specialised in electronic payments. After two years working mainly for Caisses d'Epargne and Banques Populaires, she joined Crédit Lyonnais / LCL in 2000. Overlooking major marketing projects, she was in charge of Customer Marketing until 2006 and then joined the Human Resources department as Director of Compensation & Benefits.
In 2012 she became Head of Retail credit granting before becoming Supervisor of LCL's General Inspection Department in 2016.
She joined Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance in 2019 as Group Internal Audit Director, in charge of the periodic control system in France and internationally.
Claire Pitteliœn is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Tours and holds a Master's degree in Financial Techniques.
