Start & Pulse season 2: My Serious Game, winner of the Corporate Center competition

As part of the second season of Start & Pulse, our open innovation programme for innovative companies with eight of our entities, the Corporate Center, the steering body of the CA Consumer Finance group, launched its call for innovative solutions in the field of Edtech last May. What innovative system would enable us to acculturate our employees to the challenges of cybersecurity? My Serious Game, specialized in custom digital training, won the competition on June 19 at the end of the final pitch party.

My Serious Game is the French player in tailor-made digital training. Founded in 2014, My Serious Game has grown from an innovative and award-winning start-up to an international player realizing the vision of its customers in France and abroad. As part of the Corporate Center's call to focus on the acculturation of employees to cybersecurity challenges, My Serious Game will soon offer a Proof of Concept using its range of innovative services and products: Serious Games, realistic 3D simulations, e-learning, rapid learning, etc.

Five finalists, one pitch party

Of the 26 start-up candidates, eight were selected by our innovation team and our partner Cap Digital to pitch before our pre-selection jury at the Village by CA Paris, the Crédit Agricole group's start-up incubator, which selected five. On June 19, during the final pitch party, they presented their project to the Group Executive Committee in Massy, at CA Consumer Finance's headquarters.

  • Didask is specialized in the design of sustainable and pedagogically effective learning solutions, based on the contributions of neuroscience.
  • Coding Days offers fun and accessible training to learn how to code and navigate in digital.
  • Gymglish, a specialist in e-learning English with short and personalized content that is now diversifying into other types of content.
  • Uptale, a platform that allows to create and deliver virtual reality training sessions, and to monitor learners' progress.

This event marks the final selection stage of the Corporate Center competition. Other CA Consumer Finance entities have also launched their appeal in the image of Agos, our Italian subsidiary, or Credibom in Portugal. Sofinco (France), Creditplus (Germany), Wafasalaf (Morocco) and GAC-Sofinco (China) will soon join the competition. The information is available on the Start & Pulse website.
