In 2008, applications for personal loans on  www.sofinco.fr accounted for nearly 50% of total applications for personal loans on Sofinco’s sales network, compared with 44% in 2007.

Finaref consolidated its approach in 2008 by humanizing Web (never leave an only customer in front of internet), via in particular Web call-back. A proactive method which allows to optimize the rates of realization prospect-customer, and to the Internet user to feel taken care. We can also access the site www.finaref.fr via its mobile phone, with at any time the opportunity to activate the function " click to call " to fall over in vocal mode towards a sales advisor.

 

Direct sale
